Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation Terms

A booking is considered officially confirmed only upon the receipt of the initial advance payment. Usually, a minimum of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your reservations for hotels, houseboats, and cabs.

2. Cancellation Timelines & Charges

If you must cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges apply based on the timeline of your request prior to the scheduled travel date:

• 30 Days or More before travel: 15% cancellation fee (to cover administrative and advance processing costs).
• 15 to 29 Days before travel: 25% cancellation fee.
• 7 to 14 Days before travel: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 Days / No Show: 100% cancellation fee (No Refund).

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a cancellation is approved, please allow 7–14 working days for the refund amount to be processed and credited back to your original mode of payment. We strictly process refunds through verifiable bank transfers or original online payment sources to guarantee security.

4. Force Majeure Conditions

We rely on safety first. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond human control—such as extreme weather conditions, landslides blocking highways, sudden political strikes, or flight cancellations—that prevent you from reaching Kashmir or continuing your tour:

• We will attempt to adjust your itinerary or reschedule your trip without extra service fees, subject to availability.
• If a reschedule is impossible, refunds will be initiated minus the retention costs held directly by the hotels/service providers.

5. Changes in Itinerary by Customer

If you choose to cut short your trip, skip a sightseeing spot, or modify the itinerary halfway through your tour, no refunds will be provided for unused services. Any upgrade or added services during the trip will be charged additionally.
