Once a cancellation is approved, please allow 7–14 working days for the refund amount to be processed and credited back to your original mode of payment. We strictly process refunds through verifiable bank transfers or original online payment sources to guarantee security.

If you choose to cut short your trip, skip a sightseeing spot, or modify the itinerary halfway through your tour, no refunds will be provided for unused services. Any upgrade or added services during the trip will be charged additionally.
